2. Subscription and Payment
2.1 Subscription Plans
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. You must choose a subscription plan ("Subscription Plan") during the registration process. Subscription plans may vary based on features, usage, and pricing.
2.2 Billing and Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, with the first payment due at the time of registration and subsequent payments charged monthly on the same calendar day as the original subscription date.
- Payment for the Subscription Plan will be processed using the payment method you provided during registration.
- You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees and taxes associated with your Subscription Plan.
2.3 Minimum Term and Early Termination
- The minimum term for all subscriptions is 12 months.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the 12-month term, you are required to pay the remaining monthly payments for the remainder of the term.
- Early termination will not relieve you from paying the full remaining balance of your subscription.
- If you cancel the subscription within the first 12 months, the payment for the remaining months of the 12-month period must be paid in full.
2.4 Late Payments
If a payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, a late fee of 10% will be applied to the outstanding balance. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
2.5 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
2.6 Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable. However, we may, at our sole discretion, offer prorated refunds or credits in special circumstances, such as technical issues or service disruptions.
3. SMS and Email Communications
3.1 Consent to Communications
By subscribing to our services, you consent to receiving SMS and email notifications related to your account, service updates, promotions, and important communications.
3.2 Promotional Emails
You may opt-out of promotional emails at any time. However, essential service-related communications, including account updates and notifications, will continue even if you opt out of promotional communications.
3.3 Delivery Failures
We are not responsible for any message delivery failures, including SMS and email notifications, due to carrier issues or other external factors.

7.2 Early Termination by Client
If a Client terminates a service before the contract term ends, they must pay the remaining balance for the full term.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ohio.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dublin, OH.
